Distributor shall provide supplier with written Monthly reports regarding sale of goods

Selling off of Inventory

Distributor shall have the right to sell off its remaining inventory of products after termination or expiration of this agreement.

KYC

KYC – Adhar Card, Pan Card, Trade License, GST Certificate (if any), 2 copy photos.
